Booking Terms and Conditions

Trailer Rental deposit of 1/2 rental cost is required at the time of booking, to hold the reservation. Reservations must be paid in full 7 days prior to trailer delivery. Reservation fees and Deposits are not refundable, credits may be applied to future reservations. 

You the renter will inform Cot­tages on Wheels of any dam­age done to the trailer and will be held finan­cially respon­si­ble for expenses to repair for negligent dam­age. This includes damages to awnings.

1. Trailers are not to be moved from its deliv­ered loca­tion by any­one except the staff of Cot­tages on Wheels.
2. Cot­tages on Wheels prac­tice due dili­gence in pro­vid­ing a safe and func­tion­ing trailer and Cot­tages on Wheels own­ers/staff are not respon­si­ble for any injury that may befall me, wards, or guests, during my rental.
3. Cot­tages on Wheels nor its employ­ees will not be held respon­si­ble for any prop­erty, or land­scap­ing dam­age caused from park­ing trailer on lawns or pri­vate prop­erty as requested by the renter.
4. All trailers are nonsmoking, cleaning fees will be charged.
